Meet our Pastors

Timothy and Debbie met at Apostolic Bible Institute in Saint Paul, Minnesota in 1985. 

Timothy started his ministry as assistant to the Pastor in Harrisburg, Arkansas from 1987- 1988. In August 1988 Timothy and Debbie were married in Brockville, Ontario and started their ministry together. Both served as Outreach Director and Timothy taught at Apostolic Missionary Institute in Oshawa, Ontario. They moved to Toronto in 1989 and have served in many capacities at First United Pentecostal Church of Toronto. Timothy served as Assistant to the Pastor and Youth Leader 1989 - 98. Debbie was the Youth Secretary from 1989 - 98 and Church Secretary/Treasurer from 2005 - 2016. In April 1998 they assumed the Pastorate of First Church. 

They have served the Ontario District as Youth Secretary (1994-99) and Youth President (1999-03). They currently are the Global Missions Director and Secretary of Ontario (2003 - present)

Timothy was a member of the Global Mission Board of the UPCl (2016-19). 

They’ve been married for 34 years and have 3 beautiful daughters and 3 great son in-laws. They are also blessed with 2 grandchildren. They are a tight knit family and are all heavily involved in church work. Timothy and Debbie have travelled to 65 countries around the world and are international evangelists preaching at many different camps, conferences.

    In his spare time you can find Dallas building relationships with people and reading. Dallas has a passion to help people grow spiritually and help them become active followers of Jesus Christ.

    Dallas has been a part of First Church for 19 years. His ministry experience includes: teaching home bible studies, teaching Sunday school, leading youth ministry, teaching adult bible study and leading and training in small group ministry. He has also served as an associate pastor.

    Dallas is married to Alessandra. They have two children named Eliyanah and Hannah.

    Tom and Jen are an active and personable couple, involved in helping First Church continue to grow and flourish. Tom’s interests include organizational excellence, relationship building, and personal evangelism.

    He and Jennifer got married at First Church in August 2000, about one and a half years after Tom moved to west Toronto to accept a Quality Engineering job. Jennifer is a Senior Corporate Analyst for one of the largest P&C insurance companies in Canada. Tom and Jen both love to be hospitable toward church visitors, new converts, and the church family (Titus 1:8).

    For some time now, they have both been actively involved in teaching Sunday School and sharing their musical talents (both singing and playing instruments). Tom also served on the Church Board for approximately 20 years. “And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity” (1 Cor 13:13, KJV).
